About this role

Job Duties: Issue admin paperwork such as Delivery Orders, Invoices, Credit Notes, Statement of Accounts, Payment Vouchers and other relevant documents Assist to handle enquiries via phone call, email and WhatsApp Submission of worker and vehicle list / licenses to venue owners / clients Update and maintain Accounts Receivable and Account Payables Prepare monthly payment to suppliers Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the management Maintain and update jobs / appointments in the calendar Assist with vehicle-related issues such as insurance, arrange servicing appointments etc. Arrange / coordinate / make booking with supplier on ad-hoc transport and logistics bookings for events Basic stock take & update Basic HR duties: petty cash, calculation of workers OT and payroll Requirements: Salary commensurate with experience Added advantage for those with experience in handling foreign workers Proficient with MS Office Possess good organisational skills, ability to prioritise and demonstrate attention to details 5-day week + Alternate Saturdays (half day) Able to correspond with Chinese speaking associates and employees At least 2 years of working experience in related field
