Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules. Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients. Review construction drawings and specifications. Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently. Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation. Ensure quality control and workmanship standards are met. Handle site meetings and communicate project updates to management. Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects, including planning, scheduling delivery and erection, testing, and commissioning Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills demonstrated through effective project coordination Proactive attitude with proven problem-solving skills applied to overcome project challenges Other Information Working Hours: 5.5 day work week, Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:25pm, Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm (Alternate Saturdays off)
