M&E Quantity Surveyor

Source for tenders Analyse tender documents, drawings and specifications Conduct quantity take off and estimate costs Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors to prepare costing for tender submission Prepare tender and supporting documents for submission Follow up on any technical clarifications during post-tender stage Attend site showrounds and tender interviews Prepare sub-contractor agreement, work order and VO Monitor project progress and control budget Collaborate with Project Team to track work progress for claim submission to Main Contractor Assess sub-contractor's monthly claims and prepare payment certificate/response Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2-4 years experience in Construction, preferably in handling ACMV / HVAC projects for building construction industry. Knowlegeable of ACMV details, local codes and regulations. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while being a good team player. Strong follow up and closure skills
