The role involves engineering design, project coordination, site supervision, and client liaison to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements. Fresh graduates with no experience are welcomed to apply with us. Responsibilities Lead planning and management of cable works schedules and site activities to ensure timely project delivery Conduct site supervision and monitor cable works to maintain compliance with project specifications and safety standards Analyze project data and communicate issues clearly through written and graphical reports to facilitate problem resolution Coordinate and actively participate in client meetings, site meetings, and technical discussions to align project objectives and expectations Perform engineering calculations, design checks, and verification to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards Ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations throughout project execution Support troubleshooting and resolve site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays Prepare comprehensive documentation, progress reports, and updates to maintain transparent project tracking Execute additional duties as assigned to support project success and team objectives Required co…
