Finance Manager

Basic Salary : $7000 + AWS Industry : Construction Location : Woodlands 5 days / 8.30AM - 5.30PM Responsibilities : Manage the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions. Prepare monthly and yearly account closing. Prepare management accounts and financial reports. Liaise with Headquarters (HQ) on finance-related matters. Prepare and submit reports requested by HQ. Monitor cash flow, budgeting and project costs. Coordinate audit, tax and statutory submissions. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Perform other duties assigned by Management. Requirements : ACCA or CPA or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and corporate tax. Experience in month-end and year-end closing. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Carbonate or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines. Experience liaising with overseas HQ will be an added advantage.
