About this role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Management Lead to oversee the maintenance and operation of a high-performance laboratory and office facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating facility services, managing maintenance programs, supervising vendors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical building systems in a controlled environment. Job Responsibilities:- Consolidate facility activities and documentation across office services and building maintenance workstreams. Prepare and present weekly and monthly operational reports to clients, including work status, upcoming activities, risks, and improvement initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and track preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems such as HVAC/ACMV, MAU, AHU, exhaust systems, and utilities. Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities. Manage vendors, including quotation review, service coordination, work approvals, performance monitoring, and SLA/KPI compliance. Oversee consumables planning, inventory monitoring, and replenishment of maintenance materials such as filters and spare parts. Lead incident response during equipment breakdowns and facility emergencies, ensuring proper escalation, documentation, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Supervise and support the on-site facilities team to ensure efficient daily operations and service delivery. Maintain compliance with workplace safety requirements, facility procedures, and client standards. Job Requirements:- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience. Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, life sciences, semiconductor, data centre, healthcare, cleanroom, or other critical environments will be an advantage. Strong technical knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and building maintenance planning. Experience managing contractors, service providers, and maintenance vendors. Ability to consolidate technical documentation and prepare professional client reports. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond effectively to operational issues. Familiarity with safety regulations and controlled-access environments is preferred.
