About this role

Responsibilities: Collaborate with front office teams to prepare finance documents, including facility letters (Lombard loan, Premium Finance, Policy Loan) and security documents Review conditions precedent before loan drawdown Accurately input and maintain customer files, facility limits, and security details in the system Process private banking loan drawdowns, repayments, and maintenance Coordinate with solicitors to facilitate timely preparation of loan documentation Support credit administration for corporate banking clients Prepare reports for Head Office and local regulatory authorities in Singapore Ensure secure safekeeping and archiving of all credit documentation Identify operational risks proactively and develop streamlined processes to mitigate them Maintain strict adherence to operational risk control and compliance standards Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors Competencies and qualifications: Degree with 2-3 years of experience in Private Banking credit administration and loan operations Experience in corporate loans or trade finance is a plus Willingness to extend capabilities to corporate loans and trade finance Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively
