The Process Engineer II supports and leads troubleshooting of upstream manufacturing operations, performing root cause analysis and impact assessments for process investigations. They are responsible for executing process improvements, monitoring performance via the CPV program, and leading technology transfers for new products. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field with 3-4 years of experience, a Master's with 2 years, or a PhD. Candidates must have hands-on experience with cell culture or upstream/downstream processes in a manufacturing or development environment and knowledge of cGMPs.
