Senior Accountant | Full-Time | Fast Hire | Joo Koon | Manufacturing Industry

📍 Location: Joo Koon 🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and financial analysis • Perform month-end and quarterly closing of accounts accurately and on time • Manage full Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice verification, journal entries, payments, employee reimbursements, inter-company transactions, and supporting documents • Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), including credit exposure, aging analysis, and follow-up on outstanding debts • Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting records for both AP and AR • Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of discrepancies • Ensure GST compliance and prepare quarterly GST submissions • Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors during annual audits • Communicate financial updates, issues, and queries with management on a regular basis • Undertake other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management Requirements • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience • At least 2 years of external audit experience • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of accounting standards, reporting, and compliance requirements Preferred Attributes • Experience in manufacturing industry accounting environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively • Good communication and stakeholder management skills 📲 Interested?
