Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, makeup application, and skin consultations. Provide personalized beauty advice to clients regarding skincare routines and product recommendations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently and accurately maintain client records. Promote salon services and retail products to meet sales targets. Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients to ensure a positive experience. Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly retail sales goals for beauty products. Upsell additional treatments and packages to increase revenue. Encourage client retention through excellent service and personalized care.
