Asssistant Shop Retail Manager

Job Summary Lead and coach employees to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives while managing workflow, enforcing safety standards, and driving shop KPIs. You will identify efficiency issues and implement improvements to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them effectively to employees Organize workflow by assigning tasks and preparing detailed schedules to optimize productivity Oversee employee performance and provide coaching to enhance skills and work quality Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend actionable improvements to increase effectiveness Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards to maintain a safe work environment Manage and drive shop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet business goals Work extended hours and stand for prolonged periods as required Work on weekends and public holidays as part of operational needs Required competencies and certifications Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organizational and leadership abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Problem-solving skills
