Accounts Receivable Executive (Ar)

Job Responsibilities: Process customer invoices accurately and on time. Generate and send customer Statements of Account (SOA). Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices. Perform receipt posting and account reconciliation. Liaise with customers and the sales team to resolve billing issues. Review and reconcile customer accounts. Support month-end closing and AR reporting. Assist with credit assessments and customer account maintenance. Support finance-related projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience. Experience in invoice processing, collections and account reconciliation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience using accounting or ERP systems is preferred. Knowledge of Singapore GST is an advantage. Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience handling high-volume invoice processing will have an added advantage.
