Supervisor

Job Description: The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the beauty and personal care service outlet. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating customer appointments, monitoring service quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting management to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the beauty and personal care service outlet. Arrange staff duty rosters, work schedules, and daily task assignments. Monitor staff performance and ensure services are provided according to company standards and customer requirements. Attend to customer enquiries, appointments, service feedback, and complaints in a professional manner. Ensure treatment rooms, service areas, equipment, tools, and products are clean, safe, and properly maintained. Assist in managing inventory, including beauty products, personal care products, treatment supplies, and consumables. Train and guide staff on service procedures, hygiene standards, customer service, and workplace safety requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, hygiene practices, and relevant safety requirements. Assist management in sales activities, customer retention, promotions, and daily administrative duties. Prepare and maintain daily sales records, staff attendance records, appointment records, and operational reports. Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal staff when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: Relevant experience in beauty, wellness, personal care, customer service, or outlet operations. Able to supervise staff and coordinate daily operations effectively. Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
