Finance Manager $8,000 - $10,000 Pioneer Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm Job Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Prepare financial reports and oversee month-end/year-end closing. Manage cash flow, cost accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis. Oversee AP, AR, Payroll, and daily finance operations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate audits, tax filings, and government grant applications. Strengthen internal controls and manage financial risks. Lead and develop the finance team. Support business decisions through financial analysis and strategic planning. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
