Butcher cum Kitchen Assistant Gross Salary: $2,400 - $2,600 Location: Bishan / VivoCity Working Hours: 11am – 8pm / 11am – 9pm (5 days, rest on weekdays) Job Responsibilities Cut, trim, and prepare beef, chicken, fish, and other meat products. Portion and prepare ingredients according to operational requirements. Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of raw ingredients. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Arrange stock and ensure proper ingredient storage. Follow food hygiene, safety, and company procedures at all times. Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management. Requirements Experience in butchery, and meat cutting Able to handle raw meat, poultry, fish, and other ingredients. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
