Responsibilities: Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and budgets for commercial renovation projects. Analyze and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and provide cost analyses. Advise clients on cost-saving solutions, alternative materials, and value engineering options. Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and make recommendations for award. Ensure all works comply with regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Support project delivery by coordinating closely with design, procurement, and site teams. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related field. At least 1 years of relevant experience in commercial office renovation project. Strong analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient in MS Office and costing software.
