Responsibilities: Provide technical support, installation, and maintenance services for clients through various channels. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance. Liaise with vendors and escalate technical issues when necessary. Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients or users. Handle in-house repairs and internal training. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong presentation and written communication skills.
