Support new product introduction (NPI) and tooling optimization initiatives. Troubleshoot tooling issues to improve production efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to implement process improvements. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing productivity and reduce costs. Ensure tooling complies with engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. What We're Looking For: ✅ Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. ✅ Experience in tooling design, precision machining, CNC manufacturing, or high-precision manufacturing. ✅ Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or similar. ✅ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, and manufacturing best practices is an advantage.
