Job Scope Manage the day-to-day activities of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Conduct site inspections and liaise with contractors to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation Collaborate with the project team, including architects, designers, and construction workers, to coordinate the integration of civil engineering components Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement appropriate risk management strategies Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, and contribute to the development of their skills Requirements A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Project Engineer, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry Proficient in the use of engineering software, such as AutoCAD, BIM, and project management tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams A thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and project management methodologies Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Ready to elevate your career?
