Technical Services Manager (Security Systems)

Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee service and maintenance operations, ensuring timely project delivery and high customer satisfaction. Manage client relationships, handle service-related issues and complaints, and provide effective technical solutions. Lead, mentor, and allocate resources for the service team while monitoring performance and supporting staff development. Develop service plans, manage workflows, enhance technical documentation, and drive continuous process improvements. Build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support technical and operational initiatives. Job Requirements Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in service or maintenance operations, including team leadership. Strong leadership, project coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry is an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
