Responsibilities: Lead the setup, integration, testing, and configuration of complex AV systems while ensuring all installations meet industry standards and client specifications. Provide advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to resolve AV issues and support seamless live events and high-level meetings. Conduct preventive maintenance, system checks, and firmware updates while recommending improvements based on performance analysis. Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear consultation and submitting detailed service reports and recommendations. Guide junior engineers through system setups and troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with best practices, safety standards, and operational procedures. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, IT, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of practical experience in AV installation, operations, and technical support. Strong knowledge of AV systems, including displays, projectors, DSPs, microphones, and video conferencing solutions. Proficiency in AV networking fundamentals such as VLANs, IP routing, Dante, and AV-over-IP technologies.
