Your responsibilities include: Lead and manage multiple elevator installation and modernization projects simultaneously. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, main contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders. Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource planning. Coordinate site activities with installation supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Conduct project meetings, progress reporting, and documentation. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
