Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime. Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and equipment health checks. Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment. Assist in equipment improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and productivity. Perform mechanical alignment, replacement of wear parts, and precision adjustments. Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production teams to resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and company quality standards. ✅ Requirements NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in:Mechanical EngineeringMechatronicsPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringOr related disciplines 1–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or semiconductor industry. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts (if applicable). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
