Perform process setup, machine adjustments, and routine equipment checks. Troubleshoot basic process abnormalities and support root cause analysis. Monitor process parameters and ensure products meet quality specifications. Collect and analyze production data for process improvements. Perform product inspections using precision measuring instruments. Support engineering teams during process qualification, new product introduction (NPI), and engineering trials. Assist in preventive maintenance and process recovery after equipment downtime. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
