Property/ Building Manager (SCDF, Real Estate)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of commercial and residential buildings. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including SCDF regulations. Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works. Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract negotiations. Monitor budgets and financial performance of the buildings. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols. Handle tenant inquiries and complaints. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Prepare reports and present findings to management. Requirements Degree in Building Management or equivalent. Prior experience in building management, preferably in commercial and residential settings. Familiarity with SCDF regulations and requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
