Technical Superintendent - Railway Concrete

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of concrete and trackwork construction projects. Coordinate and schedule activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations. Monitor and evaluate performance of subcontractors and suppliers. Manage project budgets, expenses, and cost control. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project management. Ensure quality control and adherence to project schedules. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete and trackwork construction. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
