Sales Manager (Electrical/Building/Data Centre/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/MNC)

Responsibilities: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the building, and data centre sectors, as well as the oil & gas and petrochemical industries Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and increase market share. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Provide guidance and support to the sales team through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to upper management. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and engineering to align sales strategies with overall company objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel as required.
