Quantity Surveyor - Railway/ Trackwork Projects

Responsibilities: Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for railway projects. Perform quantity take-off and prepare cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities. Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data for cost evaluation. Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities. Manage and monitor project budgets and cash flows. Prepare and submit claims and variations to clients and subcontractors. Provide regular cost reports and updates to project management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying for railway/trackwork projects.
