Senior Operations/ Executive (Pharma/Production)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage production operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Oversee the day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Manage a team of production staff and ensure efficient and timely production processes. Develop and implement production strategies to meet production targets and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide technical support and guidance to the production team. Handle production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in pharmaceutical production. Requirements Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment. Experience in managing a team of production staff. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
