Service Engineer (Commissioning/Mechanical/Marine/Vessel)

Responsibilities: Lead and execute commissioning activities for mechanical systems on marine vessels. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful commissioning of vessels. Conduct inspections and tests to verify system performance and compliance with specifications. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues during commissioning. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians. Document commissioning procedures, results, and recommendations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Requirements Minimum Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Prior experience in commissioning mechanical systems on marine vessels. Knowledge of marine systems, equipment, and regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Willingness to travel and work on vessels for extended periods.
