Project Manager (Construction/Building/Data Centre/Regional Project/MNC)

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise during project execution. Prepare and present project updates to key stakeholders and senior management. Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Implement best practices in project management and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction or data center sector. Proven track record of managing complex construction projects. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of project management software and tools.
