Senior Project Manager

Company Overview Well established Singapore-based construction company specializing in large-scale building and infrastructure projects, known for a strong industry track record and a growing project portfolio. Job Summary Lead and manage large-scale building, civil, and infrastructure construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance standards. Responsibilities Lead and direct the full lifecycle of construction projects valued at multi-millions and above, from pre-construction planning through completion, handover, and defects liability management Take full accountability for project delivery, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual requirements Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure work meets design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards Serve as the primary liaison with clients, developers, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities including BCA, URA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, and MOM Drive Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) compliance and foster a proactive safety culture across all project sites Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve critical issues and escalate to senior or executive management as necessary Oversee contract administration including variation orders, claims management, and dispute resolution processes Prepare and present project status reports, cost forecasts, and progress updates to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders Utilize project management and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and BIM software to monitor project progress and resource allocation Preferred competencies and qualifications Professional certification such as PMP, Professional Engineer (PE), or registration with PEB/BOA is an advantage Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Proven track record delivering large-scale building, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects in Singapore Strong working knowledge of BCA regulations, Singapore building codes, and local construction standards and approval processes Excellent leadership, negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills Other Information EA Licence: 17S8795 EA Personnel: R1108333 Interested candidates, please submit your profile together with relevant project experience to submitCV@talentreq.com for review.
