Job Responsibilities: - Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc) - Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc) - Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management) - Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost) - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/Manager. - Diploma or equivalent - 3 - 5 years of relevant experience - Experience with Incoterm - Good experience with high volume of PO - Good experience with forwards for overseas shipments
