Location: Tampines (Required to travel to customer sites across Singapore) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm Standby support may be required depending on project requirements. About the Role We are looking for a proactive IT Field Engineer to provide onsite technical support and deliver quality IT solutions to a diverse range of customers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and working in different customer environments. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support during customer visits. Perform installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing, and verification of IT systems according to work orders. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and infrastructure-related issues. Recommend suitable IT solutions to improve customers' network and system performance. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Post-Sales teams to ensure successful project delivery and minimize repeat service calls. Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional technical support. Requirements Higher NITEC or Diploma in Telecommunications, Information Technology, ICT, Networking, or a related discipline. Keen interest in providing onsite field support at customer locations. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop support, networking, and system administration. Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
