About this role

Job Summary As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, providing exceptional service by managing calls, WhatsApp, and emails, addressing queries, and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to provide accurate information and effective solutions Provide detailed guidance on course offerings, curriculum, and enrollment procedures to support customer decision-making Create a welcoming and professional environment that ensures customers feel valued and respected during all interactions Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers by communicating clearly and offering personalized assistance Coordinate with centre staff and sales teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide up-to-date information on course availability and schedules Execute ad-hoc projects or assignments as assigned to support team objectives Working Hours Four Weekdays (1.15pm - 9.45pm) and one Weekend (8.15am - 6.45pm) Required competencies and certifications Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Education equivalent to GCE ‘O’, NITEC, Diploma, or relevant work experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong customer-centric mindset demonstrated through positive and proactive service delivery Pleasant and cheerful disposition that enhances customer engagement Effective interpersonal communication skills to foster trust and rapport Talents@Work Ptd Ltd (21C0501) Jacob Lee (R26161022)
