Location: Near to Tanjong Pagar MRT Administrative Responsibilities Provide general administrative support for daily operations and senior management activities Manage and organize documents, records, and filing systems Handle correspondence in English and Japanese, including e-mails, calls, letters, and coordination Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare related materials Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and office activities, including venue booking, transportation Maintain office supplies and oversee basic office management tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks Update and maintain databases and reports as required Support process improvements for greater efficiency Executive Assistant Responsibilities Provide day-to-day executive support to head of departments, including calendar management and meeting coordination, claim applications and approval, amongst others Serve as a Japanese-speaking point of contact for Japanese clients, investors, shareholders, and business partners, ensuring timely and professional communication Act as a key liaison between senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient communication and follow-ups Assist in travel coordination and administrative arrangements for executives Other ad hoc tasks Requirements At least 5 years of relevant working experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Serve as a Japanese-speaking point of contact for Japanese clients, investors, shareholders, and business partners, ensuring timely and professional communication Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Powerpoint and Excel) Highly motivated, strong work ethics, team player and able to work under pressure Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with large, culturally diverse teams at all levels Must be comfortable supporting multiple reporting lines Sarah (R2198293) Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) *We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
