Finance Cum HR Executive [Open To Fresh Entry Level]

Key Responsibilities Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing and financial reporting. Handle project billing, invoicing, and payment processing for Singapore and regional projects. Monitor billing schedules, work-in-progress, and project milestones. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, banks, tax agents, and the company secretary. Support finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma, Partial ACCA, or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline. Knowledge of A2000 accounting software and regional tax regulations is an advantage. Meticulous, proactive, organized, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
