Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Planning Assistant Manager to join our strategy team. This role is critical in driving the company’s long-term growth agenda, supporting senior leadership in evaluating market opportunities, shaping business strategies, and monitoring execution progress. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, solid market research expertise, strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders. Job Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of annual and long-term strategic planning processes. - Assess macroeconomic, industry, customer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and risks. - Support the preparation of senior management strategy presentations. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform line of business strategies and overarching business area strategies. Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for decision-making. - Monitor emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and regulatory developments across global markets. - Financial & M&A evaluation: Partner with finance and business units to align growth initiatives with financial objectives. - Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and other inorganic growth initiatives - Work closely with business leaders, finance, sales/BD, marketing, tech & innovation, HR, and operations teams to ensure alignment of strategy and execution. - Host strategy-related events that require collaboration across multiple stakeholders, internally and externally; Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive cross-LOB, cross-functional input and buy-in Job Requirements: - A good bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field. - At least 6–10 years of experience in in-house strategic planning / corporate strategy, management consulting, investment, or related fields. …
