Senior Quantity Surveyor [3-Year Contract]

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a 3-year contract . This role is ideal for professionals with strong consultancy or contractor experience who are passionate about cost management, contract administration, and delivering successful construction projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Assess and manage Variation Order (VO) works for subcontract packages. Measure, price, and evaluate contract VO claims. Process monthly progress claims and final accounts. Manage contract administration and maintain project documentation. Perform remeasurement for subcontractor payments and final account settlements. Prepare cost estimates and budgetary cost reports. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on project cost matters. Obtain supplier quotations and support procurement activities. Maintain accurate, complete, and well-organised project documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors where required. Requirements Minimum 6 years of hands-on Quantity Surveying experience , preferably within a consultancy environment. PSPC-recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying . Professional qualifications such as SISV, AIQS, or RICS will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Experience in contract administration and project documentation. Prior experience with a consultancy firm is highly preferred. Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Experience using quantity take-off and cost measurement software.
