M&E Quantity Surveyor [3-Year Contract, No Prior Experience Required]

Key Responsibilities Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Assess and identify Variation Order (VO) works for subcontract packages. Support the measurement and pricing of contract VO claims. Process monthly progress claims and final accounts. Handle contract administration and maintain project documentation. Perform remeasurement for subcontractor payments and final account settlements. Prepare cost estimates and budgetary cost assessments. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors on VO matters and progress claims. Source and obtain quotations from suppliers. Maintain accurate and organised project records and documentation. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying or M&E projects will be an advantage. Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Familiarity with quantity take-off and cost measurement software is preferred.
