Senior/ M&E Quantity Surveyor [Perm]

Key Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, monthly M&E progress claims, and Variation Order (VO) claims. Prepare and review M&E Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Support tendering, contract administration, and project documentation. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors. Perform quantity take-offs and measurements using cost management software (CostX training provided). Requirements: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in M&E Engineering or Quantity Surveying consultancy. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (experience in both disciplines is an advantage). Good command of English with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Team player with the ability to work independently and mentor junior staff.
