Senior/Product Designer (IT Industry)

We are seeking a creative and user-focused Product Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital experiences that align with business goals and product vision. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, design effective solutions, and validate them through research and testing. The ideal candidate can balance user experience, business objectives, and technical feasibility within Agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities User Research & Discovery Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to identify user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Analyse findings and recommend design improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define user journeys, design challenges, and requirements. Apply human-centred design principles and validate solutions through regular user testing. Product Design & Prototyping Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. Translate business and user requirements into practical design solutions. Use prototyping and iterative testing to refine concepts before development. Agile Delivery Support Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and engineers to define requirements and UX expectations. Document UI/UX requirements, user flows, interactions, and acceptance criteria. Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design reviews. Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints in design decisions. Implementation & Collaboration Partner with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation. Provide design specifications, assets, and implementation guidance. Review completed features and ensure alignment with intended user experience.
