About this role
Responsibilities: Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines that enable continuous integration and deployment. Oversee cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. Create and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) configurations using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes clusters. Apply robust security measures and compliance protocols across systems and processes. Proactively monitor system health and resolve incidents to minimize downtime. Automate routine tasks and workflows to enhance operational productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, security, and IT to improve deployment and monitoring processes. Implement comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions leveraging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Manage code repositories and version control systems like Git, GitHub, or GitLab. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 3 years’ experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles. Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Shell, or Go. Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. Proficiency in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible. Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices Preferred Skills: Professional certifications in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or DevOps. Knowledge of microservices design patterns and serverless technologies. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps-driven teams and cultures.
