Senior Project Manager [Building Construction]

Job Responsibilities Support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing daily building contract operations, including project planning, coordination, reporting, and execution in accordance with the approved construction programme. Coordinate and participate in project briefings, presentations, technical reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Oversee project implementation, including permits, authority approvals, contract administration, and site supervision. Monitor contractors' and consultants' submissions, authority clearances, mock-ups, material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and work schedules to ensure timely compliance. Track project progress, master programme, costs, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Liaise with stakeholders, including Quantity Surveyors, to prepare project cash flow, cost reports, and progress updates. Requirements Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline, recognized by BCA, the Board of Architects, or the Professional Engineers Board Singapore. Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in building construction or project management. Knowledge of Singapore Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (Construction, Design & Build, and Nominated Sub-Contract) is an advantage.
