Key Responsibilities: Delivery Management Lead end-to-end software and product delivery from project initiation through implementation, deployment, and post go-live support. Define and manage project scope, objectives, delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure successful project execution. Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and project plans in collaboration with the Project Management Team (PMT). Ensure delivery outcomes meet agreed scope, quality, budget, compliance, and schedule expectations. Monitor delivery progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track. Provide regular status updates and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders on delivery progress, risks, issues, and key decisions. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, the PMT, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. Build strong relationships across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and delivery expectations. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, progress reviews, and project updates to maintain effective communication and collaboration. Agile Delivery & Scrum Master Responsibilities Champion Agile delivery practices and Scrum principles across project teams. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support Product Owners and engineering teams in backlog prioritisation and sprint planning. Remove delivery impediments and help teams maintain delivery momentum. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and delivery performance. Technical Delivery & Governance Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical delivery remains on track by resolving dependencies, clarifying priorities, and removing delivery blockers. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and business teams. Ensure all deliverables comply with governance, regulatory, security, and quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support operational readiness, production deployment, and post-implementation activities. Perform Operations Manager responsibilities where required to support smooth production transition and post go-live operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline. Candidates with significant relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal academic qualifications. Minimum 5 years of experience in software delivery, programme management, Agile delivery, project management, or a related role. Proven experience managing end-to-end software or product delivery across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated experience managing delivery roadmaps, project plans, milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business and technical teams around shared delivery objectives. Strong risk and issue management capabilities, with experience proactively identifying, managing, and resolving delivery challenges. Familiarity with governance, compliance, regulatory, and quality assurance requirements within a software delivery environment. Experience working closely with engineering teams, with sufficient technical understanding to manage delivery dependencies and technical discussions without requiring hands-on development. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) , Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) , Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) , PRINCE2 , SAFe , or equivalent Agile or project management certifications. Experience working in cross-functional, Agile software development environments. Familiarity with project and Agile delivery tools such as Jira , Confluence , Azure DevOps , Microsoft Project , Miro , or equivalent collaboration platforms.
