Finance Executive (Open To Fresh Grads)

Roles & Responsibilities Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely month-end closing and reporting in line with Group deadlines. Oversee billing and invoicing for Singapore and regional projects based on project milestones. Manage payments, monitor billing schedules, and track work-in-progress (WIP). Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation and asset verification. Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, banks, company secretary, and tax agents. Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Partial ACCA in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with A2000 Solutions and knowledge of regional tax regulations is an advantage. Meticulous, responsible, and well-organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
