Freelance Recruitment Consultant

TalentVibes seeks a highly motivated freelance recruiter to source, interview, and place candidates, and develop new business. This remote role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Source and interview candidates through various channels. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires. Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and engaging with new clients. Requirements: CEI Certificate is a must Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong organisational & time management skills. Prior recruitment experience preferred (training provided). No basic, fully on commission.
