Plan, coordinate and monitor project timelines, scope, milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams to drive project success. Act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring project requirements and expectations are met. Prepare and manage project quotations, Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, project budgets and financial tracking. Support project revenue, profitability and commercial objectives while ensuring cost-effective execution. Manage customer contracts, project changes, deliverables and overall project commitments. Investigate project issues, identify risks and coordinate corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prepare project reports, presentations and management updates. Support product transfer, engineering changes and manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
