Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns. Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within service level agreements (SLAs). Monitor inventory accuracy through stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Lead, guide, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets. Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and overtime where required. Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations. Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations. Prepare basic operational reports on warehouse performance and inventory. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field. At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory management, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
