Product Manager

looking for a Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of digital products. You will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs. Key responsibilities: Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise product features. Identify opportunities to improve digital products and customer experience. Support product development from planning through implementation. Coordinate with business users, developers, and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Manage product budget and monitor project expenditure. Analyse product performance and recommend improvements. Support testing and product releases using Agile methodologies. Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role. Experience managing products through the full development lifecycle. Knowledge of Agile delivery, cloud technologies, and product development practices. Experience in IT business analysis, solution design, and testing. Familiarity with AWS services (such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch). Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including configuration, workflows, and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred PMP, CITPM, Scrum Master, or similar certification. Experience working on Singapore Government projects. Experience managing vendors. Exposure to AI customer service solutions such as chatbots or conversational AI.
